For agents

Create a JSON object with a unique id, a title, and a questions array. Give every question a unique id, label, and type.
Build the URL as https://<hostname>/# plus encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify(form)). Send that link to the person.
Ask them to complete the form and paste the copied JSON into the conversation. Use a new form id to start a fresh draft, even if the questions are identical.

Large definitions produce long links. Check that your chat app preserves the whole URL. Never put secrets in the definition or URL.
